Orders
Direct (800) 995-1723 to place your order directly with Brightman
Design. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (PST). Please
have your credit card ready. We will confirm availability of items
and advise you of delivery dates. After hours, leave your name and
phone number and we will contact you the following day.
Shipping
Information When ordering please indicate the desired receipt
date in the 'comment field' on the online order form. Order
processing varies from product to product -usually the next business
day. (see individual product order page for process time). Separate
orders are required if shipping to more than one address. Please note
that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping
Costs Continental U.S. Only Shipping Costs Are calculated using
UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air service. When choosing air express a higher
rate will apply to certain dimensional items.
Returns
&
Exchanges Please inspect the contents of your order
immediately upon receipt. For damaged, incomplete, incorrect orders,
you must call us and and describe the reason for the return within 3
days. Please send the package securely wrapped, with your shipment
prepaid and insured to:

Shipping fees for returned goods are not refundable.
Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

damaged merchandise we reserve the right to repair or replace damaged
parts only. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS C.O.D. AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Repairs after warranty- Please
call first before returning any product for repair. Repairs are
charged at time & materials and are performed in a timely manner.
Guarantee One year for the displaybright® &
geolumen® display
lights are guaranteed free from defects in parts or workmanship only.
(We don’t warrantee bulbs) All other products on this site are covered by their specific manufacturer's guarantees and limitations (most are 90 days) Brightman Design does not express or imply otherwise.
