Please have your credit card ready along with a completed order form (print out the one from this online store for your convenience). We will confirm availability of items and advise you of delivery dates. After hours, leave your name and phone number and we will contact you the following day. |

Orders generally take 1 week from the date of ordering for processing and delivery.Original artwork such as ceramics etc. could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Separate orders are required if shipping to more than one address. Credit cards are charged at the time of order shipment. |

with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return within 7 days. Please
send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to: Made In Santa Cruz (Return Policy) Items returned within 7 days of puchase date will be refunded in full for store credit only. Any original or additional shipping
fees for returned goods are not refundable. |
