Direct Call (800)982-2367 or (831)426-2257 to place your order directly with Made In Santa Cruz.  Our hours are Monday through Sunday 9am to 7pm (PST).  Please have your credit card ready along with a completed order form (print out the one from this online store for your convenience).  We will confirm availability of items and advise you of delivery dates.  After hours, leave your name and phone number and we will contact you the following day.

Shipping Costs Continental U.S. Only The following rates apply if all items are shipped to one address.  we automatically add a $7.00 shipping surcharge for each glass, ceramic, furniture or sculpture item. (it is included with your price)

Orders generally take 1 week from the date of ordering for processing and delivery.Original artwork such as ceramics etc. could take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Separate orders are required if shipping to more than one address. Credit cards are charged at the time of order shipment.

(Return Policy) Items returned within 7 days of puchase date will be refunded in full for store credit only.  Any original or additional shipping fees for returned goods are not refundable.
